I?m an elite member and I order from cpk almost twice or three times a we=
ek. Today I went to pickup my order and when I showed up Sara, one of peo=
ple at the take out window decided to ignore me and helped someone that w=
alked in after me. When I mentioned to her that I was first she proceeded=
 to help him and ignored me. I let it go and I let her help that person f=
irst but when it was my turn I gave her my name but she proceeded to walk=
 away and she kept ignoring me. After a couple of minutes someone else wa=
lked up to the counter and he was surprised that I was waiting. I never c=
omplained before and for several years I?ve been an elite member. This ex=
perience really changed my feeling about your service and the type of peo=
ple you hire. I?m really upset at how I was treated and I think someone s=
hould train Sara at customer service.
