Hi Andrew,

 
We recently had a survey done of our property line, and we wanted to share
the findings with you. The surveyors found that while your recently planted
hedge trees start on your side of the property line nearest to Tilden, the
hedge soon straddles and crosses onto our side of the property line for the
majority of its length. Considering this information, we are nevertheless
fine with giving you permission to keep the hedge and accompanying drip
irrigation line where they are at this time if you choose.

 
Second, the survey also found that the chain link fence in our backyard is
entirely on our property but is not the actual boundary. The actual boundary
ranges from .6' to 1.1' beyond the fence (SW) in the direction of your
house.
