Provide 2" clad (to match building xxterior) 8" CMU wall (2 segments) at mechanical equipment yard (in lieu of chain-link fencing (2 Segments) with visual slats. 5. Provide epoxy paint flooring in mechanical, electrical, and communications rooms, and simulator motion bay (in lieu of coated concrete). 6. Provide scheduled interior floor finishes (in lieu of coated concrete; not including epoxy or anti-static flooring in communication room, or porcelain tile in restrooms and janitor closet). 7. Provide illuminated unit insignia sign (with controls) on building exterior. 8. Provide 2" fabricated wall panels on building exterior (in lieu of 2" EIFS). 9.
