Harvey General Contractors would like to invite your team to bid on&nbsp;First Citizens Bank T.I.- Redondo Beach.&nbsp;

This project Consist of 3 sections (Please see the attached PDF for a more in-depth scope description on sections 2 &amp; 3):&nbsp;The project documents will be in a Zip File, in order to view please download the file as it is formatted in a specific order that is simplified as it contains a lot of information. Please see attachments for the instructions.


	The first section includes&nbsp;the renovation of an existing banking facility with a branch and support offices. The work shall be inclusive of all demolition, flooring, tile, electrical, mechanical and finish work to provide a complete tenant improvement of the space. (Permitted plans are in section 1)
	The Second section will include the alternate proposal for the Temporary Trailer. First Citizens Bank must remain open during construction. To accomplish this, the bank will operate out of a temporary trailer. (Drawings are in Alt 1- Trailer Folder)&nbsp;Trades that will require an Alternate for Section 2 are Asphalt , Striping, Drywall/Framing, Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical.
	The Third section is an alternate for the Exterior scope of the project (See sheets and photos in the &quot;Alt 2- Exterior&rdquo; Folder). Trades that will require an Alternate for section three are Demo, Asphalt, Roofing, Flashing and Sheet Metal, Lath and Plaster, Painting.
