	Valuation: $430,000
	Scope of work: Removal of architectural barriers to the Mens and Womens public restrooms. The DMV bell gardens regional office public restroom remodel access barrier removal project is limited and includes only removal of architectural barrier to the men&#39;s and women&#39;s public restrooms in accordance to California building code 11b-202.4 exception #4: The two public restrooms will be completely remodeled and assigned the designation of gender neutral restrooms. One restroom only will be accessible.
	Trades: Temp facilities, Demolition, Concrete, Wood Framing, Countertop (solid surface tops), Door &amp; Frames &amp; Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Insulation, Drywall, Paint, Tile, Toilet Accessories, Signage, Metal Fabrication (Stainless guardrails around drinking fountains), and Final Cleaning.

MCM TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Subcontractor agrees that all bids and proposals that are accepted by Modern Construction Management Inc. (MCM) will be subject to the terms and conditions of MCM&rsquo;s bid invitation as well as the requirements of all project documents, including but not limited to the project plans, specifications, general conditions, special conditions, bid instructions, addendums, and all other incorporated documents. It is understood that subcontractor&rsquo;s bid/proposal shall include the more stringent requirement of the project bid documents. Subcontractor shall verify the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the MCM&rsquo;s project bid documents. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor that MCM may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor. Subcontractor shall be solely responsible for the cost of such bonds in excess of one percent (1%) of the value of the part
ies&rsquo; executed subcontract agreement.
