								REBID: Ground Up 7-11 with Fuel in Lancaster.&nbsp;

This is a corporate location so the usual responsibilities apply.&nbsp;

Bid Notes:

Description:&nbsp;The &quot;GC&quot; refers to the Contractor responsible for the Ground-Up portion of the Work; The &quot;Fuel GC&quot; refers to the Contractor responsible for the Fuel System portion of the Work.

The GC and Fuel GC are expected to familiarize themselves with the bidding notes herein and ensure the thoroughness of their bid proposals.

Bidding Notes:&nbsp;Building and Fuel permits are Ready-To-Issue.

Project commencement is targeted for August 2022.

&nbsp;5)The Developer will demolish all existing site improvements and structures and will rough grade the site. Only the building pad will be compacted and certified upon the GC taking possession of the site.

6)The GC is to assume that the site will be rough graded based on current site contours; The GC is to not reference any cut/fill data contained in the Civil Contract Drawings for the purpose of soil import/export.

7)The GC and Fuel GC are required to engage a licensed land surveyor and geotechnical engineer to ensure site pavement (concrete pads, asphalt drive aisles, etc.) conforms to the Civil and Fuel Contract Drawings.

8)The Fuel GC is responsible for exportation of any soil resulting from tank excavation, underground piping, canopy foundations, etc.

9)The Fuel GC is required to coordinate the canopy footing elevations with the land surveyor and the canopy manufacturer, as well as all relevant equipment vendors for the fuel system.

10)The Fuel GC is responsible for installation of stone cladding around the canopy columns to match the c-store. The fur-out size is 22&quot; x 22&quot; x 48&quot;(h).

11)The GC is responsible for the deferred submittal of the roof trusses and metal awnings, including the preparation of shop drawings, permit, and approval of component installation. GC to reference AD-1 (Canopy Detail) for metal awning assembly.

12)The GC is to include installation of floor tile in the base bid and a bid alternate for polished concrete throughout entire floor area.

13)The GC is responsible for extending all fuel conduits from the fuel sub-panel 15ft beyond the building footprint. Conduits are required to comply with seal-off specifications per the Fuel Contract Drawings. The Fuel System must be field approved by Belshire (7-Eleven 3rd party environmental consultant).
