The GC and Fuel GC are expected to familiarize themselves with the bidding notes herein and ensure the thoroughness of their bid proposals. Bidding Notes: Building and Fuel permits are Ready-To-Issue. Project commencement is targeted for August 2022.  5)The Developer will demolish all existing site improvements and structures and will rough grade the site. REBID: Ground Up 7-11 with Fuel in Lancaster. 

This is a corporate location so the usual responsibilities apply. 

 

Bid Notes:
