We now have full set of plans if your team has submitted before please review new plans and submit pricing accordingly, if your team would like to bid please feel free to send pricing and any RFI&#39;s to Estimating@harveyusa.com

Scope of work includes renovation of approximately 4000 Sq. Ft. of an existing pad building currently the Vitamin Shoppe, two new tenants, carbon health (2800 Sq. Ft.) per attached exhibit C = Landlords work letter dated January 11, 2022 and Tenant tbd (1200 Sq. Ft.) per the warm shell criteria. The design and limit of work is based on the design package submitted to the city of Encinitas planning department.
