Hello, its Story Time

You=E2=80=99re running behind driving to a job site to drop off your team's=
lunch. You got pulled into a meeting, paperwork, the usual.
Your phone rings.

Hello

Hi I=E2=80=99m Brian. My roof is leaking. My bathroom has mold. I=E2=80=99m=
want to update it. (Yes guys I work with both as do many of you. It
was a roofing company that wanted bathrooms, so here I am)

You sigh with relief. It=E2=80=99s a lead. Not another sales call.

Briefly, you continue the conversation and let him know you=E2=80=99re driv=
ing and you=E2=80=99ll call him back as soon as you get to the office.
Which should be around 3.

On your way to the site, your crew calls you up from an unknown number to f=
ind out where you are. You have lunch, you're late, and
you=E2=80=99re usually not the one who drops it off.

Then a bill collector calls, a few guys trying to pitch their product, your=
family, your team=E2=80=A6 A lot of calls.

At the site, you drop off the food. Have a great conversation with the cust=
omer. They=E2=80=99re really impressed you took the time to get
your team lunch. You soak in the admiration, while your team adds on to it =
because they=E2=80=99re grateful their food is warm.

A couple of hours pass and you=E2=80=99re back at the office. Sorting throu=
gh paperwork and you suddenly remember someone called=E2=80=A6 Brian!

What was his number?

Looking through your phone you try to pinpoint the time but you don=E2=80=
=99t remember. Only that you made it to the site around 1.

You call the first number and now you=E2=80=99re having a sales call. Damn.=
You stay on the line because you called and now you=E2=80=99re
interested to hear what they got. They hooked you in. The call last an hour=
=2E

You decide to call Brian tomorrow and leave the rest of the numbers with th=
e front desk so you don=E2=80=99t have to put any more time
into this.

But now it=E2=80=99s too late. You took too long to reconnect and told Bria=
n you=E2=80=99d call him around 3. He assumes you forgot about him like
every other contractor and called someone else. He leaves a bad review and =
your team can never get in contact with him.

It wasn=E2=80=99t malicious nor intentional. It happens especially when you=
r CRM is your telephone.

So here=E2=80=99s my pitch: Imagine you had a tool that put all your leads =
in one place. From Facebook, your website, Google My Business,
phone calls, everyone ONE PLACE. You=E2=80=99d never have to remember where=
they came from, or where you last left off because you could
see the entire conversation right in front of you and message them all from=
one place. It would mean no more leads falling through
the cracks.

Reply yes or no if you would like to have a quick chat.

Regards,
